Notice is hereby given that on TUESDAY, October 21, 2003, the Mohave County Board of Adjustment, District II, will hold a meeting at which time all interested persons may appear and be heard at 10:00 a.m. at the Supervisor, District II conference room, 1130 E. Hancock Road, Bullhead City, Arizona, regarding the following items(s): Pursuant to Board of Adjustment, Section 30 of the Mohave County Zoning Ordinance, a request for variance to Mohave County Ordinance Section 27.U. I.5, Zoning, Height Limitation, Location and Setback Requirements, to allow an encroachment on: Request for a VARIANCE TO THE REAR SETBACK, Section 27.F.3, GENERAL PROVISIONS, Projections into Yards, of the Mohave County Zoning Ordinance, to allow for the reduction of the rear setback for a swimming pool from five feet (5'-0") to two feet (2'-0"), on Lot 54, Block H, DESERT LAKES GOLF COURSE AND ESTATES, Tract 4076-B, in Section 35, Township 19 North, Range 22 West, in a SD/R (Special Development/Residential) zone, in the South Mohave Valley Area, Mohave County, Arizona.
